When: 19:00 PM -19:45 PM
(please arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting, latecomers will NOT be permitted entry)

SWEAT ROOM - ground floor

The need to know bits:
- Wear your best Gymshark kit
- It’s first come, first served as spaces are limited
- If you've reserved a spot and can't make it, please cancel your reservation to make space for others
- When required, please only use one towel per person.
- We do have lockers if needed, but please travel light as locker space is limited during peak class times.
- Please be aware that filming and photography may be taking place at this workshop. Photographs and footage may be used by Gymshark limited on our website, social media channels or internal and external presentations. If you don't want to be filmed or photographed, please ask to speak to a Fitness Pro on the day.
