The trainers are fully qualified Environmental Health Officers who work in the field and will provide advice and support to delegates in the delivery of the course. Delegtes will receive an A5 handbook covering Food Safety Level 2 and exercies will be undertaken. At the end of the teaching element of the course the delegate will sit a paper examination and this will be sent off for external marking and a certificate provided for passes. We have a 100% success rate!

There will be breaks/lunch and tea/coffee/water will be provided only.
