Help to create a new habitats in Springfield Park

Come join us at Springfield Park for a fun morning managing and creating new habitat areas!

We will be creating new unique habitat areas to create homes for insects and beetles, and feeding grounds for small mammals such as hedgehogs.

No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and wear some sturdy footwear that you wouldn't mind getting a bit dirty! See you there!

What to expect:

  • An introduction to the Local Nature Recovery Plans in Springfield Park
  • Gain knowledge about the biodiversity in the park that we are trying to encourage and protect.
  • Opportunity to build new habitat areas to support local wildlife.

Meeting Point:

We will meet at the water fountain by Springfield House at 10am.
