Leadership teams around the globe including Spotify, Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola European Partners have Hacked Inclusion to find actionable solutions to building an Inclusive culture. Now, it is WACL's turn.

In this 120m, we will explore the key concepts of inclusion such as dominant culture, bias, stereotypes, microaggressions, cultural intelligence, privilege and equity. We then use the technique of Hacking to identify what you could do differently in your organisation from tomorrow.

Nadya Powell, Co-Founder of Utopia and Wangu Chafuwa, Change Enabler at Utopia, will be leading this session, to equip all WACL members to feel confident when campaigning on behalf of WACL or when navigating I&D in their workplaces. No matter if you have done I&D training previously - this is a sophisticated programme to advance your knowledge in tangible ways. It is also fun and a chance to explore such an important subject with your WACL peers.
