We're getting hitched this summer, but our wedding is (very) small and quiet. Only 23 guests total, and most of them are family. This "hag bash" (hen + stag party) is a way of informally celebrating with our many friends and family who can't be in attendance for the actual ceremony.
In addition, people who have been attending Sunyi's book launch in the room next door, are welcome to come join the fun! Just remember to rsvp twice so that we count heads accurately. Everyone is welcome to attend both events.
SCHEDULE:
- 7.00pm - Doors open (the launch party is still wrapping up in the next room)
- 7.30pm - Free Pizza is laid out, first come first serve!
- 7.45pm - BARE BRASS BAND plays a set
- 8.30pm - set finishes, break while changeover happens
- 9.00pm - Free finger-food buffet is served
- 9.30pm - HAPPY DAGGERS plays a set
- 10.30pm - wrap up, last drinks, tidy up
- 11.00pm - Party is officially over! Venue is still open but now becomes a public space.
