Join RIBA NW Heritage, Conservation and Sustainability Group for a tour of Haigh Hall. Led by John Piercy Holroyd, Tom Brigden and Gemma Birchall from Purcell, the tour will include insights into the latest restoration works to the hall and gardens.

The event will start at the main entrance to Haigh Hall and will include a guided tour of the hall and gardens.

About the conservation architect and heritage consultant :

Purcell are the conservation architect and heritage consultant working on the restoration of Haigh Hall in Wigan. They are involved in various aspects of the project, including external repairs, the transformation of the Plantation Gates and lodges, the creation of new glasshouses at the Bothy Yard, and the restoration of the Cottage and outbuildings. Purcell is also collaborating on a low-carbon energy transition for the hall and wider woodland.
