EVENT INFORMATION
Most guests lie down during a sound bath. If you find lying down uncomfortable, chairs are available. Our feedback from guests indicates that being seated is just as powerful an experience as lying down.

Venue Details
For people driving, perhaps parking then using the Tube/Rail may be the best option. We urge you to research and sort out where you are going to park before Sunday so you are not worried about finding a spot on the day of the Sound Bath.

The Light Centre has very patchy signal/reception for all mobile networks.
CLOTHING
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation.
WATER
Please bring a bottle of water. The Light Centre has a water station so you can refill a bottle. It is important to stay hydrated. Please note, shops close to the venue may not be open.
BLANKET, YOGA MAT, BOLSTER
A yoga mat, bolster, and blanket will be available for your use during the sound bath. Do bring your own pillow/blanket if you like. It is good to feel comfortable, warm and snug.
PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
Remember to look after any personal possessions you bring with you. Neither Julia Scott-Russell, Halcyon Sounds or the Light Centre Moorgate venue, accept any responsibility for any loss or accidental damage to any of your personal items that may occur during the event while you are on the Light Centre premises or anywhere else in Moorgate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you let know as soon as possible if you cannot attend the event and we will give you a full refund. Due to the logistics and costs of organising, if you cancel after Friday 1st March 2019, we are sorry, but we cannot issue you with a refund.
