Paradaeis released her debut EP "SunTrap" this summer with Monomyth Records. Brimming with intricate melodies and stunning vocals "SunTrap" gives voice to deep expression through music and sonically explores a love story birthed through psychedelia and nature's beauty. Paradaeis has an electronic folk style and draws on Eastern influences, using a unique blend of genres to cast spells and create new worlds.

Natalie Anastasia Davies

A versatile and captivating spoken word artist who explores themes of dual heritage, inequality, nature and the female experience. She performed at the first ever Leeds Lit Fest this year, on behalf of Studio 12, In other words and Vahni Capildeo’s Collections in Verse. Natalie’s debut music collaboration ‘Stand Up’ was released in April on FOLD’s album ‘We’re the Ones’; a dynamic and cinematic production which blends hip-hop, funk and jazz with poetry. Natalie has a rich experience in Community Development and also delivers poetry writing sessions across Leeds' communities.

Linda Gerraghty is a native of Leeds and enjoys singing with like minded people in Community Choirs

Eva Eik is a Nordic-Electronic-Dark-Pop artist with roots in Iceland, Romania and Norway. With cathartic lyrics, an energetic persona and an expressive nature she captures your attention and transports you to different places using her delicate yet powerful voice. Eva Eik’s aim is to make people fall back in love with themselves. She is influenced by artists such as Aurora, Ina Wroldsen, and Florence and the Machine.

Halemtina, "we are dreamers" in Tigrigna, the language of Eritrea, began with Fnan, a free style singer and song writer. She wrote a number of lyrics that evolved into songs. Taking influence from Horn of African music. She began playing these songs with different of Leeds based musicians.

Now playing with Barney Tabour on piano and Robin Timmis on percussion and drum kits from Leeds based Kibitz Music Band.

Creative Performance inspired from Fnan’s deep research in culture and tradition from all over the world is part of Halemtina’s Style. One thing we are sure about as humans is that dreaming is something we all have in common, so never stop dreaming:

And how much does it cost?

We try to keep all our events at Chapel FM as cheap and accessible as possible. This is a Pay-what-you-can event. We like to make as many as our events at Chapel FM truly affordable so we ask you to decide what you can afford to contribute £2, £5, £8... We won't take any money upfront but you can reserve yourself a ticket through eventbrite and then make your contribution on the door on the night. All moneys raised is split between the artists and supporting our work at Chapel FM.
