Hall Place Oktoberfest 2017
Thu, 5 Oct 2017, 13:00 – Sat, 7 Oct 2017, 22:30 BST
Oktoberfest is coming to the London Borough of Bexley in a huge way!
Join us this October 5th - 7th as we bring more than 100 barrels of beer and cider to the Hall Place and Gardens for your enjoyment!
With local breweries and cider producers all ready to give your tastebuds a tingling, come on down to our German Beer Hall marquee complete with everything you need to soak up the festival atmosphere including an Oompah Band on the Friday and Saturday nights.
This fantastic new event is ticketed online by our partners, Eventbrite, and each ticket purchased includes your first two beers, entry and a special commemorative glass! Beers should be including the stunning Spiced Porter, Dortmunder and a traditional Weissbeer!
Make sure to buy your additional beers online - particularly for groups. These can be found towards the bottom of the order page and there's an opportunity to get yourself some great discounts!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Those who appear under 25 will be asked to provide photographic identification such as a driving licence or passport. This applies to all members of groups. The Campaign for Real Ale supports responsible drinking.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Dedicated drivers can park in the Hall Place and Gardens car park and pay on the door. The cost will be £3 but will include complimentary soft drinks. For everyone else, local transport includes bus routes 132, 229, 492 and B12. Just listen for "Gravel Hill Close" on the bus' information systems. Bexley Station is nearby and you can jump on the 132 or 229 from there or walk about 10-12 minutes.
What can I bring into the event?
Just yourselves, your ticket and any photo identification if needed (if you're lucky enough to look under 25!). You cannot bring any of your own alcohol or drinks to the event. You are able to bring your own food but you should be aware that our catering partners will be offering a hot selection of different German cuisine.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Of course! Email him at ndhair37(at)gmail.com (obscured to prevent spam emails) or check out our Facebook Page (Bexley Beer and Cider Festivals) or via Twitter with @bexleybeerfest!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
We can transfer tickets for Friday night to Saturday (and vice versa) or from Thursday to Friday daytime (and vice versa). We cannot transfer the lower priced tickets (Thursday and Friday daytime) to Friday night and Saturday. Your ticket will be clipped at the door.
