Treat yourself to an afternoon of Halloween - inspired bread making ! In this hands-on class, you'll master three hauntingly delicious breads that are perfect for spooky season celebrations. During the class we will make the following breads :
- Pan de muerto ( Bread of the Dead) a sweet bread traditionally baked in Mexico during the weeks leading up to the Dia de los Muertos
- Brimstone Bread : this shockingly pitch black and fire red bread looks just like a glowing coal of brimstone. Made from hearty purple bread topped with a crunchy layer of rice dough, these are guaranteed to be the highlight of any dinner spread.
- Charcoal Powder and Goji Berries Bread : The soft crumb and crunchy crust are the two main characteristics of this bread, which has a neutral flavor interspersed with a touch of swetness. Excellent with both sweet and savory dishes. To fully celebrate the spirit of Halloween, feel free to come to class wearing a costume or makeup of your choice.
- Ps: Pease note that the minimum age to partecipate is 15+ however the minor must be accompanied by an adult, who must supervise him/her for the entire duration of the course.
