OK I get that from your current postion and perspective the idea of doubling output with half the effort may seem a little bit over the top, but bare with me.

If your company is doing well (achieving a decent level of profitability and keeping its customers happy) yet you have a nagging and persistent sense that it could deliver more, do better or leave you feeling a little bit freer, then consider this statement:

"A company will effortlessly grow and develop up to the point at which it reaches the limits of the imagination, ambition and capability of its leadership."

Once this 'ceiling' is reached it takes some new ideas and perspectives to break through and keep going. Many businesses at this point will

  • seek investment in order to continue growing
  • find a business consultant to help them figure out what to do
  • recruit new blood into the business
  • hire a Business coach to drive them forward

All of these ideas approaches are well meaning and can produce results. But they are expensive and come with a risk that they might not work. So, before you spend a penny more on advice or growth, I'd like to invite you to explore a new idea with me.

My name is Dave Gammon and I've spent the last decade working with the owners and management teams of fifty businesses ranging from £1.5m - £120m turnover. I started out as a business coach but, right from the start, I had a sense that there had to be a more effective and cheaper way to get your company where you want it to be.

The truth is the key to unlocking new levels of performance in a company growth is to get you out of your own way so you can make the changes that, more often than not, you already know you need to make.

What if you, and your management team, already have everything you need to continue developing and growing the business journey. What if a few simple shifts in perspective and understanding could help you to reorganise yourself and then get you back into the flow of growth.

If that could be proved to you in just one morning, would it be a good investment of your time?

If you feel that 'yes' is the answer here then book a place (and bring along your number two) at my free morning seminar on Thursday 24th January 2019 and in just three hours I'll show you how to double your results with half the effort, by

  • getting total clarity of what it is you really want from your business (CLUE: money is a by product)
  • understanding the best position from which you are able to 'show up' and create new ideas, take big decisions and meaningsul actions towards these outcomes
  • apply the four simple levers at your disposal for transforming your expereince fo running the company and the results it achieves
  • creating the deep and meaningful connections that create loyal customers and engaged employees
  • creating a simple clean blueprint for moving yourself quickly forward in 2019, wherever you are starting from and heading to

If you are running a £1m + company you’ll find everything you need to make 2019 a transformative and historic year for your company and for yourself.

Dave Gammon - Chief Transformer, Sixth Sense Business

A 25 year business career took me from a 16 year old Clerical Assistant to Director of Financial Operations via such incredible organisations as Tesco, Selfridges, Diageo, Ernst and young, Energis, Orange and British Gas.

I spent a long period of my career working in and then running Corporate Audit functions. This Finance function backwater (ask any accountant) gave me access to every function in the organisations I served and a chance to work with (and report on) some of those most talented people in their respective fields. It gave me a unique breadth and depth of understanding of how businesses work at all levels, from the boardroom to the shopfloor.

After leaving the corporate world I took a break before embarking on my career as a business coach, supporting small businesses as they embark on growth plans. These pioneering Business owners found value in my corporate experience and my ability to challenge, agitate and inspire them and their teams.

I now work with Small and Medium sizes businesses training, developing and coaching Owners, Directors, Manangers and key employees using a powerful yet simple blend of commercial and psychological tools.

My goals is to help everyone to bring their best perfromance and also to have a signifncatnly heightened experience of their business work.

Outside of work I am passionate about conservation, a keen snowboarder, mountaineer, socialiser and traveller.
