Hammersmith & Fulham Healthy Homes service, front-line staff webinar

Hammersmith and Fulham Healthy Homes is a project supporting local people to reduce their energy bills and save money. In partnership with Green Doctors energy advisors we are offering free and impartial support to residents within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. This initiative helps residents save money, become more energy efficiency and reduce any stress and worries about their energy bills. It also supports residents on keeping their homes comfortable which can improve health conditions that are exacerbated by the cold and dampness.

This is a FREE webinar for frontline staff, offering insights into the services provided by Green Doctors through the Hammersmith and Fulham Healthy Homes service. Participants will learn about the range of support available, the referral process, and how we can assist households throughout the borough.

During the session will cover:

• What is Fuel Poverty? Definition, data and key drivers

• The energy crisis and the state of the market

• Behavioural change-Why is important

• Priority Service Register, Water discounts, Warm Home Discounts and other sources of support/discounts.

• Grants (Warm Homes: Local Grant,ECO4, LEAP, Great British Insulation Scheme, etc.)

• Case studies

• H&F Healthy Home Service; Support available to eligible residents and how to refer someone for a home visit or phone appointment.

This webinar is aimed at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (H&F) employees, frontline staff and community organisations and voluntary sector across H&F.
