About this event
Welcome to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Partnership Research Assembly!
This interactive event will showcase impactful research, innovation and use of evidence across our five ICP priority areas, with a spotlight on voluntary sector, community and social enterprise (VCSE) partnerships.
The areas are:
- Children and young people
- Digital and Data
- Good health and proactive care
- Mental Wellbeing
- Workforce
The event is open to research active and research curious staff, VCSEs, people with lived experience, academic partners, and system leaders. It’s a chance to connect, share, and shape the future of integrated, evidence-led care.
What can I expect from the afternoon?
We are excited to be able to showcase research from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and beyond.
There will be a welcome, keynote speech on the patient/public impact of research and several community research presentations. We would like to have stands/tables from research organisations and research showcasing research and innovation. These stands should be able to convey the impact of their work for those attending to interact with and take away.
We will also be hosting a poster competition across the five ICP areas.
How can I take part?
Attending
If you are working in research, or curious about how research could help you in your current role or want to start a research journey, especially involving working in partnership with other organisations and communities, this is the event for you. Sign up through this Eventbrite to attend and please share the event details with your colleagues.
Hosting a stand
Do you or your organisation want to showcase an impactful piece of reseach in Hampshire and Isle of Wight? We are looking for stands that are sharing insights, impacts and opportunities. For example, this could be a project/collaboration that has produced mental health resources for communities or staff or the opportunity to join a group or network that looks at a specific research topic.
Please submit your expression of interest through the Eventbrite.
Submitting a poster
We are pleased to host our first ICP poster competition to showcase research across the five ICP areas. We would like posters than have been created in collaboration with communities and/or people with lived experience.
- Your poster should summarise your research to non-subject specialists.
- Your poster should include your name, the people and organisations you worked with and the title of your research.
- It will need to be submitted as A1 vertical poster and if you are successful you will need to print it for the event.
If you are interested in submitting a poster, please indicate this on the form when you sign up to the event on Eventbrite. You will then be sent some further information.
If you have any questions about the event please contact the Partnerships email address at hiowicb-hsi.partnerships@nhs.net.
Watch our ICP Assembly poster guidance webinar for hints and tips on putting your poster together and what the posters will be judged against.
