Do you want to hear about the future of healthcare in your area? Do you want to know how the newest NHS Trust in Hampshire, one of the largest community, mental health and learning disabilities providers, is supporting communities and bringing to life the NHS’s new 10 year plan?
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is holding its first Annual Members Meeting on 18 September 2025, and we’d love to see you there. The AMM will be held in-person at The YMCA Eastleigh Community Centre from 4.15pm to 6.45pm, and it will also be livestreamed.
Our Trust was formed in October 2024 following the merger of Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Solent NHS Trust and services from Sussex Partnership Trust and the Isle of Wight Trust. This is our first Annual Members Meeting as a new Trust and we are keen to share our progress during the 2024-25 financial year as well as our plans for the future. We recently launched our Trust strategy, and there is lots of exciting work going on locally as we support our communities. If you’d like to hear more about this, our achievements over the past year, as well as how our local plans are tying into the NHS’s new 10-year plan then please do come along. Find out more about us on: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
The evening will also offer you the chance to learn more about our teams, our work and the work of our partners, some of who will be in attendance with stalls and interactive elements. There will also be refreshments and biscuits, so please do book your spot!
Did you know you can submit a question ahead of time to ask of the Exec team for the Q&A segment? Is there something you’d like to know as one of our service users? Perhaps you’re a HIOW resident or carer? Or maybe you’re keen to learn more about local community healthcare? Email your question to communications@southernhealth.nhs.uk with the heading ‘AMM question’ by 5pm on 9 September. We will put your question forward to be answered live at the event. Thank you.
