Is there parking available at Ganger Farm Sports Park?

Yes, there is parking, however there will also be sports bookings on the pitches so we would recommend car sharing where possible. The overflow parking will be available on the evening. Please don't park on the residential roads down Ganger Farm Way.

Is there disabled access?

The building provides disabled access and there are disabled parking bays right in front of the pavilion. If you have any additional needs, please let us know and we can make appropriate adjustments.

I can no longer make it, can I have a refund?

We would encourage you to find another club member to take your place so that the club still benefits from the information and tools provided. A refund can be issued up until Monday 17th November.

How much does it cost and what is included in the price?

Tickets are £10 and will provide you with a delegate pack, including a quality Hampshire Sports Club Conference notebook, pen and lanyard. You will also have access to tea and coffee on arrival, alongside light refreshments during the networking session.

How many people can we bring?

We would prefer clubs to stick to a maximum of 3 delegates per club. We hope this will provide a fair opportunity for a wider range of clubs.

The conference will unite sports club representatives, industry professionals, and local authority leaders to address the evolving challenges facing community sports. This year's theme is Sustainability and Forward Thinking.

WORKSHOP: Getting Investment Ready

This workshop will explore the key themes that sports clubs should consider along the journey to make themselves investment ready. The funding landscape is very competitive, and it can be difficult to know where to start. During this workshop we will explore how to recognise what exactly it is your club requires and how to ensure the foundations are in place to give your club the best possible opportunity to successfully achieve the investment it needs. This engaging workshop will provide new ideas and insight to support the growth and development of your club for the future.

WORKSHOP: Marketing and Social Media

This workshop is designed to empower local clubs with digital confidence by equipping volunteers with the skills and free tools they need to create effective and engaging content, even without a technical background. Participants will be introduced to accessible platforms like Canva for producing professional-looking visuals, learn the fundamentals of social media strategy, and gain clarity on which platforms best suit their goals and audiences. They will also be guided in developing simple communication plans.
