We started the Bestday Forest Walk because, honestly, life gets loud. And sometimes you just need a few hours among the trees to remember what quiet feels like. This isn't about fitness goals or hitting step counts, it's about slowing down, taking a deep breath, and just... being.

So come walk with us through the gorgeous Hampstead Heath. There's no agenda, no pressure to keep up – just space to:

• Wander at whatever pace feels right for you
• Stop, look up at the trees, and actually breathe
• Chat with lovely humans who get it (or enjoy the quiet – both are perfect)
• Give your brain a break and let nature do its thing

What should you wear?

• Layers: Base layer, mid layer, outer layer.
• Legs: Comfortable pants; add thermals if needed.
• Feet: Sturdy shoes or hiking boots, warm socks.
• Accessories: Hat, gloves, scarf; optional sunglasses.

Quick tip: February can be a bit nippy, so layers are your best friend! You can always peel them off if you warm up.
