Hampstead Mixed Pond is a body of deep, opaque water, suitable for competent swimmers only. Non-swimmers are not permitted to enter the water.

Morning session, Drop-In, no booking*: 7am – 11am, vacate water 11:30am

Afternoon session: Booking via Eventbrite required

12pm – 12:50pm, vacate water 1pm

1:15pm – 2:05pm, vacate water 2:15pm

2:30pm – 3:20pm, vacate water 3:30pm

3:45pm – 4:35pm, vacate water 4:45pm

5:00pm – 5:50pm, vacate water 6:00pm

Evening session, Drop-In, no booking*: 6:30pm – 8:15pm, vacate water 8:30pm.

*On busy days we reach capacity quickly and operate a managed queue.

Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds are availble.
Only Season Ticket holders can cancel a booking. They can cancel up to 24 hours before the event, via the Ticket.
Tickets are not transferrable.
Please ensure tickets are correct before making your purchase as errors identified after checkout are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are not given for non-attendance at an event; if incorrect tickets are purchased; or for weather related breaks in service, except when we close the entire facility.

Tickets

We release tickets through Eventbrite on Mondays at 12pm for the following 7 days (Tuesday to Monday).
Season Ticket holders must tap their wristbands on entry.
Concession ticket holders must present their proof of eligibility on entry.

Children

Babies and children under 8 years are not permitted at the Bathing Ponds.
Children 8-15years must be accompanied by a swimming adult in the ratio of no more than 2 children per adult.
