Soil is fundamental in growing wine, and careful selection takes place before planting vines in the earth. Arguably volcanic soil has the biggest impact on a wine compared to any other soil type. This month, we will showcase wines from volcanic regions all over the world, and explore the impact volcanic soils really have on wine.

Will the quality of the soil show be apparent in the glass? We will let you decide for yourself.

We will showcase 4 volcanic wines, as well as a welcome bubbles, and will have a selection of our fantastic chacuterie to be enjoyed with the wine. Doors open at 6:15pm with a hard start of 6:30. We look forward to seeing you there!
