Most wine tastings will often focus on a specific wine region or grape variety. Nothing wrong with that, in fact discovery is what makes wine a thrilling hobby!

However, having a clear understanding of the structural components of wine is a great skill to have. We guarantee it will boost your ability to appreciate wine!

We will discuss the different elemens of wine and how they are affected by growing conditions, wine making techniques, and grape variety. Consider it like learning the grammar of a new language!

This will be a beginner friendly event, but if you are a more seasoned drinker, you can take this as an opportunity to test your knowledge and calibrate your palate.

One glass of bubbles at arrival. For this event we will focus on 3 high quality wines.
