In this class, you will mix, knead and shape authentic pasta dough. We will then practise pasta-making skills using garganelli boards, manual rollers and cutters to hand roll and craft a variety of pasta shapes.
We will also prepare a selection of fresh ricotta, pesto and pomodoro to accompany your handmade pastas.
