Confidence is a feeling, not a fact. You may do something really well but feel you do it badly, or you may not realise that someone you think is confident is actually unsure of themselves. Understanding more about the way you work and what is important to you can help you shape the way you interpret situations and communicate with others. The more these interactions go well, the better you become at them.
The ability to remain calm and confident when dealing with highly stressful situations will stand you in good stead both at home and at work. The aim of our course is to help you:
- Learn to balance your needs with the needs of others.
- Use practical tools for productive communication.
- Develop self-control and confidence.
- Motivate yourself and others.
We promise you a friendly welcome and a safe environment with no tests or role plays. Meet like-minded people and learn from our years of experience in coaching, training, and developing people at all levels in business and in their personal lives.
