Supporting you to effectively tackle what hacks you off and hold you back!
‘HANDLE THE STRESS OF CHANGE’
You have an inbuilt psychological resistance to change which creates stress for you, especially when that change is imposed on you and you feel that you have no choice. And then of course you overthink it which adds to the stress.
This session is all about giving you the techniques, skills and confidence to handle the moments of stress caused by change. It doesn’t matter what the situation, the techniques in this session will help you to feel more in control.
The techniques are also useful for children to help build resilience
This 60-minute session will give you:
• Understanding why your brain resists change
• How to control stressful moments
• How to feel more in control
No introductions, ice breakers or group work - Just stuff that works!
The upshot of every 60-minute session is that you will leave feeling that you have the tools and techniques to feel more in control of the people and situations that hack you off and hold you back!
And you will have had some fun and feel utterly flipping brilliant!
