Join us for a webinar exploring how to navigate and resolve difficult conversations led by Charly Fox, Associate Lecturer on NITE’s MA in Educational Leadership and Senior Leader Apprenticeship. Designed for current and aspiring middle and senior leaders, this session focuses on how to manage the difficult conversations that you will face as a middle leader.

Middle leaders often find themselves faced with difficult and delicate situations involving members of their team. This webinar aims to equip middle leaders with the confidence and techniques necessary to successfully handle these challenging interactions with kindness. During the session. Charly will explore the value and impact of effective preparation, clear communication, and constructive conflict resolution.

Charly is a teacher and leader with over a decade of experience in schools in London, Paris and Oslo. Beyond the classroom, Charly is an Associate Lecturer on NITE’s MA in Educational Leadership, a University Lead Mentor on NITE’s PGCE and a subject consultant for a London borough. Charly believes that every child deserves the best. To achieve this, we must invest in nurturing exceptional teachers and leaders in our schools.
