This workshop is for those who already feel comfortable kicking up to the wall and want to build the strength and control needed for to master their handstands!
This is not a beginner session - the focus is on conditioning, line work, and handstand specific strength.
Prerequisites (required):
- Able to kick up to the wall consistently
- 10+ second wall-assisted handstand hold
What we’ll cover:
- Shoulder & core conditioning
- Line work and body tension
- Handstand-specific strength drills
- Improving consistency and control
- How to structure your handstand training
