- Holds: Building stability and awareness to find balance once you’re upside down.
- Walking: Developing mobility and adaptability while maintaining control.
Throughout the session, you’ll explore essential elements of handstands such as balance, alignment, and body control, while also strengthening the muscles needed to support your practice. The workshop is open to all abilities, with progressions and variations tailored to each participant.
