Hannah Legg Yoga classes are now onlie!

A 60 minute class of mindful flowing sequences, focusing on breath and building strength and flexibility. We will work on poses that will relieve our desk/text bodies and leave us feeling energised.

Experienced yogis and complete newbies all welcome.

When: Tuesdays, 17:30 – 18:30

Where: Online through Zoom

How to access the class:

Download the free Zoom app (https://www.zoom.us/) to your desktop, tablet or phone
Register for a class in the normal way through Eventbrite
You will receive an email 1-hour before the class begins which will include the link and Password to join the Zoom "meeting"

Top Tips:

Please arrive 5-minutes before the class starts so that we can start promptly.
Your microphones will atomatically set to mute so that we don't have background noise. I will unmute you all at the end of class so that you can ask any questions or stay for a bit of a chat.
When you join the "meeting" you can choose whether to show your camera or not but preferably leave it on.
I recommend downloading Zoom in advance and logging in, so that you have time to troubleshoot any issues.
I won't be playing music as this may affect the sound quality but please feel free to play your own. as you'll be set to mute, we won't be able to hear yours.
