About this event

Weekly facilitated fitness programmes at Hanwood Gym, Dundonald. Sessions are supported by Norman and Chris who have great skills and knowledge to help young people with disabilities.

If this is your first time attending please speak to Norman or Chris on arrival to Hanwood before leaving your young person at the Gym.

This programme is for those 12 year old and over thank you
