Description
University of Glasgow Postgraduate Researchers of any discipline interested in the Hunterian Associates Programme are invited to attend a series of taster sessions from 9th - 12th December 2014.
The sessions will allow prospective Associates to become more familiar with what is available in the various collections and to meet with the curators. The intention is to spark the imaginations and help you to identify potential project ideas.
Session 1 - Zoology & Anatomy, and Introducing History of Science collections
Participants are expected to remain for the full session.
Curator Maggie Reilly will lead a visit of the Zoology Museum (Grham Kerr Building) and the Anatomy Museum (Thomson Building).
Curator Nicky Reeves will give a brief overview of the History of Science collections
