Our Happiness day retreat will boost your mood and leave you feeling stimulated, energised and open to bringing more happiness into your life.

Our brains are hardwired to focus on the difficult and challenging experiences in our life, which leads to us failing to recognise and enjoy the happy times.
Daily stress and worries can reduce our enthusiasm for life, leading to a cycle of feeling unhappy and discontent.
So in this day retreat we'll explore:

  • What is happiness?
  • What does happiness mean to you?
  • How would it feel to have more happiness in your life?
  • How can you raise your awareness of those happy experiences and sustain them for longer?

I’ll give you the tools and techniques, to take away and use in your everyday life, to help you bring change and start living the life you want to.

This retreat is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those with prior experience.
