Tight hips from too much sitting? Join Happy Hips, 4-weekly classes, as part of our new Happy Stretching 12-Week Program designed to unlock your hips, improve posture, and feel better in your body.

Led by Luke Burrows in collaboration with RedKite Fitness, this small-group program combines deep stretching and guided breathing to regain basic range of motion (bROM), improve posture, and reduce stiffness, pain, and injury, while also improving flexibility and body awareness.


What You'll Experience:

  • Deep, guided stretching focused on the hips
  • Guided breathing techniques to help release bodily tension
  • Small group environment (max 6 people in-person)
  • Gentle progression over 4 weeks for lasting change

📅 Dates: Fridays, Jan 9–30, 2026

Time: 6:00-7:00 pm

📍 Location: RedKite Fitness, Unit C, Five Valleys, Stroud GL5 1RR

💻 Online option: Join live via Riverside from home (a link will be sent before each class)


Pricing:

  • In-person: £40.00 (£10/session)
  • Online: £20.00 (£5/session)


What to Bring:

  • In-person: Just comfortable clothing (all equipment provided)
  • Online: Yoga mat, cushion or blocks, a stool, and a strap
