Overview

Regain basic range of motion, improve posture, and reduce stiffness, pain, and injury in 12 weeks.

Most of us live with more aches, pain, physical discomfort, tightness and tension than we realise. Over time, this affects how we move, how we feel, how we breathe, and overall, our quality of life.

This Happy Stretching Deep Stretching Program is designed to help you change that.

Led by Luke Burrows in collaboration with RedKite Fitness, this small-group 12-week program combines deep stretching and guided breathing to regain basic range of motion (bROM), improve posture, and reduce stiffness, pain, and injury, while also improving flexibility and body awareness.


The 12-Week Journey

The program is divided into three 4-week blocks, each focusing on a different area. Sessions last for 60 minutes and meet where you're at, so you can make steady progress each week. You can join for one block, two, or the full 12-week journey.


Block 1: Happy Hips (9–30 January 2026)

Tight hips from too much sitting? Start the new year by unlocking stiff hips and restoring natural flow to your lower body. In this block, we will:

  • Unlock tight hips and pelvic tension
  • Improve hip mobility
  • Reconnect mind and body
  • Move better with greater ease

Block 2: Happy Back (6–27 February 2026)

Do you carry tension in your back and shoulders? Join Happy Back, 4-weekly classes, to release stiffness, improve posture, and feel better in your spine and shoulders. This block helps you to:

  • Release back and shoulder stiffness
  • Reduce lower back and shoulder pain
  • Improve posture and core stability
  • Reconnect breath and body for lasting comfort

Block 3: Happy Hamstrings (6–27 March 2026)

Tight hamstrings affecting your movement? Unlock tight hamstrings and reduce lower-back strain. In this first block, you’ll learn to:

  • Release long-held tension in your hamstrings
  • Improve lower back comfort, reduce strain
  • Reconnect with your breath and body
  • Move with greater confidence and ease

Full Program Details

🎯 Level: Beginner-friendly and open to all levels

🧘‍♂️ All equipment provided, just wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.


Online (Live via Riverside)

🎯 Level: Beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Simple home adjustments will be provided.

🧘‍♂️ What You’ll Need: A yoga mat, a stool or surface, a cushion or pillow, and a strap or belt.


What You'll Experience:

  • 45 minutes of deep, guided stretching focused on the hips, the spine, and the hamstrings over 12 weeks
  • Guided breathing techniques to help release bodily tension and help your body relax
  • Small group environment (max 6 people in-person)
  • Gentle progression over 12 weeks for lasting change
