About this event
Most of us live with more aches, pain, physical discomfort, tightness and tension than we realise. Over time, this affects how we move, how we feel, how we breathe, and overall our quality of life.
This Happy Stretching Deep Stretching Program is designed to help you change that.
Led by Luke Burrows in collaboration with RedKite Fitness, this small-group 12-week program blends breathwork and deep stretching to regain basic range of motion (bROM), improve posture, and reduce stiffness, pain, and injury, as well as improve flexibility and body awareness.

This program is made up of 3, 4 x week blocks, each focusing on a key area most people struggle with. You can join for one block, two, or the full 12-week journey. Each session lasts 60 minutes and meets where you're at, so you can make steady progress each week.
Program Structure
Block 1: Happy Hamstrings (21 November - 12 December 2025)
Unlock tight hamstrings and reduce lower-back strain. In this first block, you’ll learn to:
- Release long-held tension in your hamstrings
- Improve lower back comfort
- Reconnect with your body and breath
- Move with greater confidence and ease
Block 2: Happy Hips (9–30 January 2026)
After the busy holiday season, our bodies often feel stiff and heavy. Start the new year by unlocking stiff hips and restoring flow to your lower body. In this second block, you’ll learn to:
- Unlock tight hips and pelvic tension
- Improve hip mobility
- Reconnect mind and body
- Move with greater ease and energy
Block 3: Happy Back (6–27 February 2026)
Ease back tension and improve posture and alignment through your spine and shoulders. This final block helps you to:
- Release back and shoulder stiffness
- Improve posture and core stability
- Reconnect breath and body for lasting comfort

The more blocks you book, the more you save. Each block builds on the previous one, yet stands alone. You can start at any point. Choose the option that best fits your lifestyle and goals:

Full Program Details
🗓 Dates: Fridays, 21 Nov 2025 – 27 Feb 2026 (with a break in December)
🕕 Time: 6:00–7:00 pm (all sessions)

👥 Group Size: Limited spaces available, a maximum of 6 people per block
🎯 Level: Beginner-friendly and open to all levels
