Happy Vet Visits Workshop - Dog School Worcestershire

Dog School are proud to present a practical workshop to help you to understand how your puppy is feeling during formal handling procedures and how to teach your puppy that formal handling is a fun and positive experience!

This workshop aims to work with puppies and young dogs to prevent fear and anxiety during their vet visits, grooming and medical treatments. If you have a dog who is already fearful in these situations then please get in touch and we will advise you on how to find the most appropriate support for your dog.

Topics covered will include:

• Preparing puppies for their vet visits
• Recognising signs of fear and anxiety
• How to train your puppy positively
• Teaching puppies how to be confident with formal handling
• Successful habituation to veterinary and grooming equipment

Family tickets cost £10 and can be bought through Eventbrite or by contacting Dog School using the details below.

* Due to limited space, 1 family ticket provides admission for 1 dog and a maximum of 3 people per dog *
