When I was 3 stone heavier, I was always either ON a diet or OFF a diet. And both sucked.
Being OFF a diet meant I ate everything in sight, felt full, sick, exhausted, had horrific sugar cravings and all my clothes were too tight before Christmas even started.
Being ON a diet was worse: feeling left out, hard done by, boring, restrictive & not even sure the dieting was going to work!
.This talk is to help you avoid both!! .
I’ve never had a nugget of willpower. Still don’t. And my degree in dietetics didn’t help that. Nor did it help me when working with clients just like me: rebels without a cause, self sabotagers, who had no willpower.
.I had no choice but to continue studying new areas to find solutions. Now I combine techniques from hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, mind coaching and mindfulness. .
So, whether you’re part of a slimming club, doing a specific diet, or just hoping to avoid the post-Christmas fatness slump this talk will help you.
.And no, I won’t be telling you to swap mince pies for celery sticks!
I’m not going to advise you on doing anything that I wouldn’t do or would make you feel excluded.
