Who is it for?

This workshop is designed for children aged 5–12 years, along with their parents/carers. It is inclusive for neurotypical and neurodivergent children alike.

About the Facilitator

This session will be led by ChriSOULa Sirigou, founder of HappyNEST Families and creator of the Rainbow Bears approach. With years of experience in teaching languages, emotional literacy and wellbeing, and creative education, ChriSOULa is passionate about helping children and families live in harmony and thrive.
