Hard as OAK 2026

HaO is Ireland's hardest 10km obstacle course challenge and we are proud to be partnered with a great local charity 'Foyle, Search & Rescue'. There are over 50 man-made and natural tests for those willing souls ready to give it their all. Located in the picturesque Faughan Valley and incorporating all its finest features this really is a challenge like no other. We have a cliff jump, swings, rope climb, slip'n'slide, gorge climb, swamp, mature woodland, walled gardens, marsh, lanes, gullies, paths, streams, rivers, trenches, stone stairways, open fields and a plethora of obstacles built in around this varied terrain. What is your excuse?
