Before joining the Zoom sessions:
We use Zoom to deliver our sessions and you are required to register prior to the class in order to receive the link to join.
Before entering the session you will be placed in the ‘waiting room’. Once session begins the host will admit you to the session.
The 'waiting room’ is our security in line with our safeguarding policy, which is available on request. This is so we can check your all details matching the registration you have given us.
All sessions are recorded for promotional and marketing purposes and also with a view to produce some offline sessions for those who cannot attend at the scheduled times.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please turn off your video in your Zoom controls as you enter the session, but we do need to make sure that we see you before commencing the sessions. Please do interact with us through the chat
All sound will be muted by default as soon as you enter the Zoom session; this is to ensure that any background noise does not interfere with the sessions.
We request that a responsible adult must be in the room at all times during the sessions to ensure the health and safety of any children or vulnerable adults taking part in the sessions.
Please be respectful at all times. If you need to speak to any of the facilitators please message us privately or email us.
Any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us admin@code1communitygroup.co.uk
