Harm Reduction Community Training

Overview

Join us in person for Harm Reduction Community Training and learn how to support and protect your community!

Overdoses are preventable and knowing what to do can save lives.

In 2024 Scotland there were 1,017 registered drug-misuse deaths and opioids were implicated in around 80% of those cases.

Our free community training led by Francesco Sportelli who works at Simon Community Scotland where you will learn :

  • Harm reduction principles
  • How to recognise an opioid overdose
  • How to use naloxone safely and confidently

You’ll also receive a naloxone kit to take with you.

No experience needed, just a willingness to keep our community safer.

Optional:

Any donation amount cash/card to support Sketchy Beats as a non profit space that kindly allows us to make events accessible.
