Harm Reduction Community Training
Overview
Overdoses are preventable and knowing what to do can save lives.
In 2024 Scotland there were 1,017 registered drug-misuse deaths and opioids were implicated in around 80% of those cases.
Our free community training led by Francesco Sportelli who works at Simon Community Scotland where you will learn :
- Harm reduction principles
- How to recognise an opioid overdose
- How to use naloxone safely and confidently
You’ll also receive a naloxone kit to take with you.
No experience needed, just a willingness to keep our community safer.
