What time shall I arrive?

Please arrive between 3:45pm and 4pm, we'll be getting set up before and we'll aim to start the session just gone 4pm once everyone has settled in.

Do I need to bring an instrument?

No need for an instrument but you can bring one if you like. You will be able to participate in the workshop by singing and/or with an instrument. Equally, you can just come and listen to the music - so whatever you'd like!

Do I need to be an expert musician to enjoy this?

No! We are welcoming people across a range of music experience, and hope that there will be something of interest in this workshop for everyone.

Where is the workshop taking place?

It's in room G52 - when you arrive to SOAS go to the main entrance, walk past the library on the left and go down the corridor through the music department. G52 is one of the last doors on the left as you go down the corridor.

When will the event end?

We have allowed three hours for the workshop so we can have a small break half way through, but depending on how we go we might finish a little early. We'll see how everyone is feeling and go from there - but we won't finish any later than 7pm.
