Welcome to From Overwhelm to Opportunity: Harnessing our Climate Emotions for Professional and Systemic Impact! Join us at Verity for an event that will help you navigate your feelings about climate change and turn them into positive action. Learn how to channel your emotions to grow professionally, drive impact and change at your organization. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals in moving from endless meeting to making a real difference!

The climate crisis can stir deep emotions—overwhelm, helplessness, frustration, even anger. While these feelings can sometimes lead to avoidance, narrow focus on our solutions, or isolation, they also carry important signals. When we learn to listen, our emotions can illuminate new possibilities and guide meaningful action—personally, professionally, and systemically. In this two-hour interactive in-person workshop, we’ll listen to our climate-related emotions with somatic tools and then share them with others. Finally we'll transform and channel your emotions into strategic insights, unlocking pathways to accelerate your professional influence and systemic impact to make a difference in the world.

Lunch will be provided.

Silenced Signals
Silenced Signals is a project started by Annette Dubreuil and Monica Da Ponte, two independent consultants focused on helping to catalyze the transition to a sustainable, socially just future.

We noticed that our culture focused on silencing important signals that would otherwise trigger constructive, positive action towards a better future. We wanted to shine a light on these signals, explore the feelings behind them and illuminate constructive actions that can be taken when we listen.

Silenced Signals was inspired by PostSecret.
