Harrogate Digital - introducing the new Digital Enterpise Programme

The new Digital Enterprise grant from Leeds City Region LEP is designed to help SME’s meet the cost of accessing new types of digital technology to enhance their business.
On 23rd March we are partnering with Leeds City Council to explain more about this fund, how we can help you access it and what sort of things you need to be considering when investing in digital tech.
If you or your clients fit within the following criteria then it’s a must attend event:
- Based in Leeds City Region LEP area (this includes Harrogate, York, Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Bradford, Wakefield and Selby)
- Are an SME (less than 250 employees, €50M Turnover, Less than €43M Net Assets)
- Trade Business 2 Business – retail, banking & insurance are not eligible sectors
- Have not claimed more than €200K State Aid in last 3 years
Investing in 'digital technology' could mean a new website, a better website, apps, software (CAD, CRM etc.), laptops, improved connectivity/broadband. etc.
Grants are from £1K - £5K and will support 40% of the total project cost. Grants cannot be used for leasing / hiring goods or services or contributing towards ongoing revenue costs.
This is a morning event, so a bacon roll (+veg option) and refreshments will be provided.
*Please note that, due to unprecedented demand, 'Phase 1' of the voucher scheme from the Digital Enterprise programme (the grant) will close this Friday 24th March. 'Phase 2' should be available from June 2017, allowing time between now and then to plan an application.*
