This workshop is for small business owners who are tired of running their business from their brain, their inbox, and notebooks alone. If you’re constantly forgetting what you planned, posting last-minute content, or winging your way through the week, this is for you.

In this session, you’ll learn how to use Asana (a free project management tool) to:

✔️ Map out your big business goals for 2026✔️ Break them down into clear, doable actions (daily, weekly and monthly)✔️ Batch-plan your marketing content so you’re not posting in a panic✔️ Build a system that supports your brain, not burns it out

You’ll get time during the session to start planning live with my guidance, so you’ll leave with real progress, not just good intentions and a bigger to-do list.

This isn’t about being perfect.It’s about being prepared, supported, and finally able to switch off at night knowing it’s all under control.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of on street parking in the town centre that is free after 6pm or there is a multi-story next door to the venue called Jubilee Multi-Story.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Bring anything that you can share with other people such as business cards, samples, anything you'd like to sell, vouchers or similar. Full capacity is 30 people.

What do I wear?

Keep it casual, the whole experience will be casual! There's no formalities, we're a really relaxed bunch!

If I can't attend after buying my ticket, can I have a refund?

If you contact me 72 hours prior of the event, you're welcome to a full refund or you have the option to transfer your ticket to next month's event, whichever you prefer.
