Introduction to forest bathing with Fleeting Fern-
Join Samantha of Fleeting Fern for an inspiring and grounding session that introduces the practice of forest bathing and equips you with simple, accessible skills to reconnect with nature in your everyday life.
You’ll learn what forest bathing is, why it’s so powerful, and how it supports wellbeing, calm, and a deeper sense of connection. The session includes a small number of guided indoor forest bathing invitations—gentle, sensory experiences that offer a taster of the practice and help you understand how forest bathing works in a supportive, indoor setting.
Alongside learning how to connect with nature independently, you’ll also be gently introduced to opportunities to continue exploring forest bathing through Fleeting Fern events, should you wish to deepen your practice and share experiences alongside others.
You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence, and inspiration to stay connected—to nature, and to a wider rhythm of seasonal experiences.
You don’t need any equipment, however I encourage you to bring a small natural object to the session, for example this could be; A Pine cone, a shell, a small plant or a stick with some interesting moss!
