Can I get a refund?

No. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferrable with at least 48 hours notice. Please contact the organiser for further details.

Question 2

Can I transfer my ticket if I am unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a minimum of 48hrs notice required prior to the start of the event. Tickets may be transferred ONCE to the next event only. If less than 48hrs your ticket will be non-transferable, however you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend - please inform the organiser prior to the event.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parking is available on street outside and near the venue. There is also limited off street parking at the rear of the building, accessed via Homestead Road.

Question 4

Is there disabled access to the venue?

Accepted Answer

No. Group soundbath sessions are held in the lower ground floor, which has a deep step down and is not suitable to access in a wheelchair.

Question 5

I have a ticket. Can I still attend if I am late arriving?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the nature of the event, late attendees will be unable to gain access to the venue and and  tickets will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Please plan your journey so you arrive at least 10  - 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Thank you.
