A 30 minutes free to attend taster session for novices to learn basic GiCheon movements and stances.

We will be meeting outside the entrance to Hastings Pier. We will then walk to White Rock Gardens if it is very sunny, to practice in the shade.

About this event

Including a warm up, gentle stretches and less demanding dynamic poses. Dress for comfort and mobility, as GiCheon requires a lot of bending of the joints. We aim to host these events regularly on every Second Sunday, weather and schedules permitting. Meeting at the entrance to Hastings Pier.
