Including a warm up, gentle stretches and less demanding dynamic poses. Dress for comfort and mobility, as GiCheon requires a lot of bending of the joints. We aim to host these events regularly on every Second Sunday, weather and schedules permitting. Meeting at the entrance to Hastings Pier.
