This workshop with Wendy will rejuvenate you using yoga asana, flowing and static postures. Yoga cleansing breathing techniques to release blocked energy, detoxify the body and mind.
Conscious breathing to calm your nervous system. Meditation to increase mental clarity, improve mindfulness and self awareness.
Deep relaxation with yoga nidra to restore energy and boost your whole wellbeing, body mind and soul.
Beginners are welcome to our friendly Amity Yoga – Hath Yoga Workshops.
A long established group which is mixed ability and includes a variety of ages, with modifications to suit individual needs. Contact Wendy if you have any questions before attending via organser button.
The workshops take place at the lovely St James Methodist Church Hall in St James Road, in Rainhill.
Great workshop with Wendy, plenty of variety with breath work, asanas and relaxation. It’s a well-established group but very welcoming to new people like me – Highly recommended. – Annie

On confirmation of booking my ticket I hereby agree to the following:
I am participating in sessions/class/events or practices during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, breath, health and wellbeing. I recognise that yoga requires at times physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am full aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that is is my responsibility to consult with my physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical wellbeing program, including yoga and breath work. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness and wellbeing activities.
In consideration of being permitted to participate the yoga, breathwork (pranayama) and wellbeing classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga breathwork (pranayama) and wellbeing classes breathwork, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the teacher Wendy Moran (Amity Yoga Wellness) or the venue owners for any injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result or participating in classes, sessions, workshops, events or retreats.
I hereby agree that I have read and fully understand to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am confirm on booking on my ticket to this agreement voluntarily and recognise that this serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability.
