🧘♀️ Hatha Yoga Flow with Tejuola – Every Thursday at Innervisions
Join us every Thursday for a 1-hour Hatha Yoga Flow designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm. This class includes:
- Asana (physical postures)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Relaxation and grounding techniques
We’ll move mindfully, starting with strength and stability in each posture, then transitioning into a breath-led flow to cultivate balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Modifications and options are offered throughout — all bodies and abilities are welcome.
🧍♀️ Experience Level: Beginner to Intermediate
🧘 What to Bring: Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own
👕 Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement
Booking Terms & Participant Agreement
By booking your space in this class, you confirm the following:
- I am physically fit and capable of participating in yoga classes. If I have any pre-existing medical conditions, I will consult my GP before attending.
- I understand that yoga classes may be physically demanding and I participate voluntarily. I will listen to my body and not push beyond my limits.
- I will inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or pregnancy prior to the start of each class.
- I acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
- I accept that the instructor may, at their discretion, advise me not to participate in a class.
- I understand that physical adjustments may be offered and that I have the right to decline them at any time.
- I release the instructor and the venue (Innervisions) from any liability for injury or loss incurred during the class.
- I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and able to provide informed consent.
