Welcome to Embodied Hatha Mondays! An hour-long evening practice to support & prepare us for the week ahead.
We begin with Om Mantra to open our class. Then we will move through a Asana sequence which includes a fusion of flowed movements as well as stillness within poses too.
All practices are optional & students are encouraged to follow their bodies first & foremost.
This class is part of the Salisbury CommunityProgram.
This is a beginner-friendly class where we aim to encourage breath with movement and always encourage taking Childs Pose if necessary. Modifications & adjustments will be offered.
The Teacher
My name is Darragh & I have completed my 200hr Teacher certification at Mimamsa Yogshala in Rishikesh, North India. I am simply a guide & strive for students to hold sovereignty in their practice through inclusive sessions. These classes are Queer & beginner friendly.

The Upstairs Studio is NOT fully accessible. All the other rooms at the ground floor (and the garden) are fully accessible
