6 week Hatha flow yoga course, including yoga philosophy, mindfulness and relaxation. Yoga is for all ages and abilities and Dr Lyanh tailors each class for the students. This course is designed to explore yoga philosophy and focus on different major muscle groups to strengthen and improve flexibility each week. The classes will leave the student feeling both energised and relaxed in body and mind.
